Hi, Mike. I'll be going to Kramarczuk's this week and may see what
they've got. And since I'll be going that far NE I may as well see my
sister for a cuppa and hit Holy Land on Central and then Ready Meats on
36th & Johnson. It's an honest-to-god butcher shop. They still cut
meat and they don't shoot it up with salt water. Never even gave half a
thought to Holy Land. Thank you for the suggestion.
I don't usually shop at Byerly's but there've been more than two times
when I HAVE gotten excellent prices on some meats -- pork tenderloins
last Nov-Dec come to mind. I do think their deli is vastly overrated,
though. :-)
