On the whole the recipe sounds fairly accurate - although every
Chicken Tikka I've had has also had bell peppers (capsicum) in it.
Traditionally the chicken is prepared/cooked tandoori style, perhaps
that accounted for the difference to restaurant quality ( most Indian
restaurants have a tandoor oven) and the home-style oven baked.
