Thanks for mentioning this again, Goomba!!!! I just looked it up
again, and I have almost everything I need for this, minus the meat.

Do you know if this makes great sandwiches, like many meat loaves do?
I am thinking sandwiches for work these days, as I am now working in a
crazy busy NICU (at MCV). Not much time to grab something to eat, so
I need grab and eat meals.
