And Barb, the freezer is where I keep the cardamom seed I have yet to use.
I use cardamom a lot, but a little goes a long way and as I have no
option but to buy it in large-ish bottles, it remains in the freezer
between uses.

Note: that's cardamom seed, not ground cardamom.
