Romaine and Gorgonzola Salad with Candied Walnuts

1 pkg. Spring Mix Lettuce Salad -- (5 oz.)
1 pkg. chopped hearts of Romaine lettuce -- (10 oz.)
1 cup candied walnuts (find them in the nut aisle -- choose your favorite
flavor)
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 Fuji or Gala apple -- diced
2 pkgs. Gorgonzola or Blue cheese -- (4 oz. each)
Dressing
1/4 cup canola oil
2 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp dried basil

Mix the salad ingredients and toss with salad dressing.
