True! Rice and beans make the perfect base for any meal. Even though I could
afford a T-Bone steak as often as I eat rice and beans, I prefer the rice
and beans. Which, by the way, when the beans are cooked with a hint of lard,
the dish yields about the same nutrient content as does a steak.... so I am
told, and so I believe from experience.

And tostadas! Any way you make them are absolutely the best!
