I know that I am allergic to two food additives at least, 102 and 635,
and no the reaction is not phychosomatic, but it is very bad. I think
I am allergic to others but am unaware which ones. Hence trying to
work out what is in ingredients.
The idea of some software is good but it would need to be on a mobile
phone or something so you could take it shopping.
By the way we do use mainly fresh fruit and veg, but to totally
eliminate all else is impossible.
