No worries. Mine's just a basic pizza dough that is ready to used after
about 10mins.

I've invited friends around for a pizza/garlic&cheese calzone/red wine
night and they have been quite shocked that they could sit there
drinking red wine and watch me make (the best pizzas around,
apparently!!) it from scratch to the table in 25mins!!

I'll just go down to the kitchen and rummage around for the recipe...
I've got it written down somewhere......!!
