Yes, country of origin labeling should be a requirement as well as GMOs
and some other things. Our entire food safety management system in the
US has been trashed in favor of voluntary industry standards. And those
so-called standards have rapidly devolved into a 'let them eat garbage'
ethic in a tidal wave of industrial greed and capriciousness. The
mega-industrialization of US food production is a catastrophe.
