Stainless looks good and does not rust. I've also heard many complaints
that it is difficult to keep clean so I'd probably not go that route if
avoidable. It would not be my deciding point.

Weber is a good grill. So are a few other brands like MHP (Modern Home
Products) Broilmaster, Broilking, Ducane. You may want to call or visit
your local propane dealer to see what they offer. You can spend from $400
to $1500 for the better ones depending on the features you want. I do use
the side burner and the separate rotisserie burner on my Vermont Castings
grill.
