There is a manual for your machine stored in the files of the Yahoo bread
machine group.

There is also a recipe book for the Hitachi machines.

You don't need machine specific recipes, any bread recipe that uses 3 cups
of flour will do. The machine loads liquids then dry ingredients with yeast
being last.
