What series was it with Julia Child where she had different famous chefs
each episode?

I remember her cooking Jacques Pepin and they would argue about the
ingredients and how much. I'm not sure if it was him, but one time he
was trying to keep the dish a bit on the lower fat side and she just
kept adding butter.
