Yes but don't try to shoot anyone with it. In the house it must always be
locked in a secure gun cupboard and anyone and only the licencee is allowed
to know where those keys are kept.

Well, even if the 12 are more concerned with the rights of criminals than
their intended victims, you get out of jail eventually, not mny get back out
