Before this becomes a long winded diatribe against ALL commercial
salad dressings i will just mention Garrards in the triangular bottle.

p.s. a good French or Italian vinaigrette is simplicity itself and so
much better than the commercial products.

Let me know if you would like a basic vinaigrette recipe and some nice
variations.
