Ah, yes! My mom used to pan fry (thin) pork chops and then simmer the
leftover chops in onion gravy! The gravy was a mix from a packet, of
course. Sometimes she even got crazy and put them in a baking dish with the
gravy (McCormick's I think it was), covered them with foil and heated them
in the oven. She hates to cook.
