Dunno...WebTV has no quote text editor, you have to put the ">"'s in
manually...

I used WebTV for three years back in the day (starting in '98) it was
always called that...

I pretty quickly discovered free Usenet services like Remarq and Deja,
so I didn't have to deal with the ghastly WebTV "newsreader"...

Dunno why WebTV still has Usenet capability, there are still some
older boxes around that have it. The newer WebTV box, known as
"MSNTV" has no Usenet capability at all...even the MSN ISP dropped
Usenet years ago, strange.
