I think it's their tools, Blinky.... really, when you have to use an
off site program to quote properly, it's *not* entirely their fault
and it's certainly not easy. My hat is off to WebTVers who blend in.

Google has it's own set of problems. For one, they need to bring back
the "tree" so threads can be easily followed. Another feature they
need to add is the ability to filter out titles, authors and key
words.
