Fry up a lb of ground beef with plenty of onions, throw in a chopped red
bell pepper, some sliced garlic, some grape tomatoes or a choped large
tomato, some sliced mushrooms...sautee till cooked to your liking. sprinkle
in 2 or more tablespoons taco seasoning (to taste I use 3) and a cup or so
of sour cream...stir till well combined; serve on plates and garnish with
shredded cheese at the table. Eat it with corn taco chips or not.
