I love breakfast burritos! (That is what I call them, anyway.) I like mine
with scrambled eggs, shredded cheddar, and the same chunky salsa you
like. I agree that the chunky salsa adds just the right touch to taco meat,
too.
Next time I will also get fresh tomatoes and kidney beans and have
taco salad! (There is something nice about the combo of this kind
of spicy food with lots of flavor contrasts and sweet summer fruit
like peaches and water melon, too.)
