Bruce & G'ganna at the mouth of the Rogue River
-- 1½ cups white sugar
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup oil
5 ts kosher salt
2 ts coarse ground black pepper
2 tablespoons (heaping) minced garlic
5 pound bag slaw mix
Mix all together, thoroly.
Chill for at least 1 hour.
Gets better with age. up to a week.
