My favorite thing is lettuce wraps.... use shredded chicken. The rest
is up to you.... shredded carrot, strips of green onions etc. Top it
with a little bottled Thai Peanut sauce.

I haven't seen you in chat lately..... hope you're busy, busy, busy
enjoying your grandbabies.
