Butter bean results
I soaked, boiled and fried half of the batch, they tasted delicious but
weren't what I was hoping for, they remained soft and potato like in the
center.
The other half are still in the oven, hopefully drying as they roast.
I sprinkled them with a mix of paprika, chilli powder, garlic powder, celery
salt, sugar and salt. The flavour is nice but could do with being a little
stronger.
