Crazy Crust Pizza

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 pound ground beef
1 cup flour, all-purpose
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2/3 cup milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 4-oz.can mushrooms, sliced -- drained
1 8-oz.can pizza sauce
4 ounces mozzarella cheese [1 cup] -- shredded

Heat oven to 4250 grease 12-inch pizza pan in large skillet, brown
ground beef until thoroughly cooked; drain in small bowl, combine flour,
seasonings, milk and eggs; blend until smooth pour batter into greased
pan, tilting pan so batter covers bottom spoon beef over batter top with
onions and mushrooms bake at 4250 on lowest rack for 25 to 30 minutes or
until deep golden brown spoon pizza sauce over pizza; sprinkle with
cheese
bake an additional 7 to 12 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
