I use a garlic press.

I do so agree with CC. One thing I learned quite some time back.
Cooking for nutrition AND flavor is not only possible, it's rather easy.

It's also supposed to repel mosquitos.
I need to eat more garlic. I'm a darned mosquito magnet!
