Blair,
I just went to my pantry and pulled out the "rooster sauce", and mine
says sriracha, all caps and all one word. And near the bottom, Huy
Fong Foods, Inc., in Rosemead, CA. Since mine is all one word, is it
counterfeit? I hadn't heard about the counterfeit rooster sauce. I
get mine at an Asian market. Do you mean to say the Asians would
counterfeit something?
