Been looking around for some terracotta floor tiles that I can use as a
pizza stone.
Not many people use terracotta tiles for their floors nowadays :-(

But the 'areated' pizza pan does a great job of crisping the underside. I
used to use a stainless tray before, and always had to take the pizza off
about 3/4 of the way through cooking and place it onto the oven racks so
that it would brown the bottom and not stay soft.

Now I just use my stainless trays for heating nibblies etc.
