Why would anyone want to, ribeye is the tofu of beef. For eight
dollars I can slap a one inch thick 2 1/2 pound chuck steak on the
grill with no seasoning whatsoever and two hungry beasts can gorge
like kings on pure beef flavor.
The foods I miss most up here in hillybilly land is fresh caught ocean
fish and Chinese food.
