I think that Sapphire is a bit precious for gin, which started out as a
cheap and rather rough drink for the masses. It's tasty, to be sure, but
it's not real gin IMO, being too delicate and "sissified." But try it
with water, equal parts, on ice with a big squeeze of lime.
