He's bashed Emeril's appearance and antics (and his audience), but
admitted that Emeril is a real cook who had paid his dues. My
impression is that TB stopped bashing Emeril after he met several of
Emeril's workers in New Orleans and found that they had nothing but
good things to say about their employer.
