Ditto. I have a couple of them, and aside from a bread knife
and once in a while a boning knife, it's all I use. Paring knives
make me nervous. The 6 inch utility just doesn't have the weight
I'm comfortable with.
Now, thanks to maxine's DH, I'm off to drop off my knives to
be sharpened.
