Mussel soup
Ingredients:
3 cups water
half teaspoon salt
4 large mussels
half teaspoon white pepper
1 green onion stalk
1 tablespoon canola oil
Directions:
Place the salt in the water and bring to a boil. Add the mussels and
boil for fifteen minutes. Then add the pepper, canola oil and green
onion stalk and simmer under medium heat for five more minutes.
Makes 1 serving
