I wash my fridge with bakingsoda and a damp sponge, then rinse with
fresh water, then wipe it down with a mild vinegar solution. That
usually works. Then I found some charcoal odor eaters for the fridge,
and they seem to do a good job, but Omelet's suggestion of newspaper
(crumpled) is another good idea, once you're sure you've gotten rid of
the original cause of the smell.
