Well, Ben and Jerry's now does contain guar gum and such since it's been
bought by the big boys. However, not all flavors contain wheat which
was what the original poster was complaining about.

Just go to the site http://benandjerrys.com/our_products/ and on the
first paragraph of text choose "go now". You can then click on the map
for ice cream or sorbet or whatever and choosing the desired carton will
bring up the ingredients. I couldn't find wheat on any of the flavors
that didn't contain cookies, brownies or the like.
