Fry 'em!

Fried Zucchini

1 medium zucchini, sliced
1 egg, beaten
Seasoned flour (salt, pepper, etc. to taste)
Butter or margarine

Dip zucchini slices in egg, dredge in flour, and fry on each
side until brown and crunchy.
