Stuffing zucchini

I like squash well enough, but not to have it all the time. It's not
something
I'd be likely to grow, but then, I don't really have a garden so the point
is
moot.
I also bought some lima beans in the pod. Can someone tell me how you
go about cooking them? Shell them, then steam them?
