I have celiac, and read labels thoroughly, and can eat roughly half of
B&J flavors. It is true that the most popular flavors are things like
cookie dough and brownie and cake batter and cheesecake, and stores
may stock those preferentially, so maybe that was your experience.
Cherry garcia is wheat free, and there's also a caramel and maybe
peanut butter one too, and that's off the top of my head --- B&J is
not my favorite, so I don't follow closely.
