Hello.

I'm new to the group and enjoy it very much. I thought I'd test this
one out on you cooking experts.

I'm not a fan of tomatoes and the boyfriend and I both have a bit of a
sensitivity to them--like a harmless allergy. How would you replace
the tomato in things like stews and Italian food?
