Hmmm. . . this gives me an idea for a business.

Sort of like veal, except in reverse.
Force chickens to run on something like a treadmill.

Then sell them to top fine restaurants.
It's like chicken, but different.
That would be an interesting angle.

I'd buy that, at least once, to see what
"red chicken" was all about.
