I should make some "scaloppine al Madeira". Flour some veal scallops, then
put them in a pan with some hot butter and some thime leaves . Season with a
pinch of salt and pepper; add some lime skin (well cut) and some little
pieces of pineapple, then evaporate with Madeira.
