I never have.. yet. <Knocks on wood> I let grill cool, clean it
and drip tray then put tray on top of the grill and store.

I bought one just like it, due to the limited storage here also.
I love it. Though now it's being buried with the stuff I'm too
lazy to put away. ;-)
