The only heliport I know, aside from the hospital LZs Stan mentioned is
Penn's Landing. I don't know where the Coast Guard heliport is.

I guess if they can't land on a military base, they can't simply "park" at
a heliport while he runs over to the Philly Marriott for breakfast?
