Caramel Icing
1 cup brown sugar
3 Tbsp cream
1 Tbsp flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Combine the ingredients in a saucepan, stir as it comes to a boil. Boil
for
exactly 1 minute. Remove from heat and beat until it is the right
consistency to spread.
