Great pix, Raymond, and looks like a real nice recipe. I can't wait for the
Farmers' Market this weekend to pick up some fresh okra. They have a purple
variety which is particularly tender. And I think they'll be fun to
experiment with one extra flavor at a time (or different ones on different
patties?), like lots of black pepper, or cumin, or curry, etc. I'm thinking
some chopped red bell pepper for pretty color someday. But first I got to
learn to do it right.
