hi there, i was frying 3 cheese sausages in a frying pan when suddenly
there was what sounded like a violent explosion. the pan started
shooting out drops of boiling liquid.

expecting to see a blown up sausage but i saw it had nothing to do
with them. i then realized it had to do sometthing with the water &
oil in the base of the pan.

when i had put the pan on the cooker it contained a little water on
one side of the pan. i had added some drops of oil to the other side.

any idea what happened ? what did i do wrong? thx
