That may be, but real coffee aficionados don't stockpile more coffee
than they can consume within a couple weeks. Good coffee deteriorates
rapidly after roasting despite sealing, freezing, etc. Coffee is at
it's peak from about 2-7 days after roasting. After a couple weeks,
it's considerably poorer than 2 days after fresh roasted. Most
storebought coffee is months old, which explains why it's so crappy.
