Hope that your feeling better and that Crash gets repaired!
Maybe that's why they always played that sound when Lee Majors started being
bionic...to hid the creaks and bangs!
Perhaps his shockers have gone?
Prepare for a new insert, the plastic or ceramic bit that fixes into the
cup, and maybe a new head that bangs onto the stem.
