Well...I have a new smoker too..but sadly, I haven't had much of a
chance to put it together yet. However, it *has* to be put together
this week, as I have some homecured bacon to smoke !!!

Nancy has a copy of Dimitri's recipe..maybe we can induce her to post
it again?
