Corndogs, Whats the trick?

Just make sure the hot dogs are dry on the outside before you dip them
in the batter - if they won't stay dry, coat them with flour, and then
shake off the excess.
On Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives last night, Guy created a pimiento-
cheese stuffed corndog, which he and the guest chef both declared to
be fantastic. It sounds good to me.
