Deep fried, no splatters, cooks a LOT of fat out...

Granted, it's not flat but it works.
Cooking enough of it, I've had to BAIL the deep fryer!
I love the electric grills, but deep frying bacon works better than any
other method. Just don't bread it. ;-)
