I'm making a concerted effort to use up everything in the big freezer.
Part of that was an inventory of the contents (posted it on the door).
I discovered that I have four bags of frozen corn niblets.

Anybody have any ideas on recipes for using up the corn, besides just
having corn as a side dish?
